All policies in place are subject to change.

 

We ship FedEx Priority Overnight for next day delivery through Reptiles2you. We ship to your nearest FedEx shipping center for customer pickup only. Your reptile will be shipped in a box that is labeled "Live Animal". A heat or cool pack will be used during shipping when necessary. We will not ship during extreme temperatures; temperatures lower than 40 degrees or temperatures higher than 90 degrees. The live arrival guarantee only applies if you are present to receive the animal at time of delivery. If you are not available to receive the package, this voids live the arrival guarantee. If your reptile arrives deceased we must be notified within 1 hour of FedEx's delivery time with photo proof.

We will describe the dragon meticulously and furthermore provide genetics, probable sex, and any possible flaws. We try our best to sex each animal, but the gender is not guaranteed. Since this is a live animal and once they leave our hands we cannot control how they are cared for we can not be held responsible for their health once they leave our facility. We assume that you have done proper research before purchasing any reptile and understand their basic needs to stay happy and healthy! We can not stress enough how important it is to do research before purchasing any animal on their husbandry. 

Each dragon will come with a very detailed care page and a genetics page made for your dragon. If you have questions that the care page cannot answer, please reach out to us at any time.

Payment methods include all major debit and credit cards through Square online link and PayPal at the time. Payment for the dragon must be made in full at time of purchase. As a breeder we have the right to decline a sale when necessary.
